Heinz Schuhmann has over fourty years’ experience in the hospitality industry in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In 1980, he was awarded as manager of the year by Ramada International Europe and the Middle East. During the course of his career in hotel management, he has consistently instituted successful staff training and operational management systems and increased the financial posturing of hospitality operations. He has also worked closely with professional partners in China and Germany to successfully develop and manage a Sino-German vocational and training exchange program in the area of hotel and restaurant service.

Since 2006, Mr.Schuhmann has been recruited by Les Roches (Switzerland) Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College as guest lecturer for the Executive Program offered to Jin Jiang Hotel Group and China Eastern Airlines Hotel Group, the teaching subjects are related to “Resort Development and Management”, “Pre-opening”, “Facility Management”, “Sales & Marketing”.

Mr. Schuhmann’s career in the international hospitality industry has given him proven capabilities in operational strategic planning and expertise in operational management of hotel and club facilities. He has extensive overseas experience as well as working experience in China.
